Mixer's Comments
The original 1999 description for the mix:
"I started with this track a long time ago in my head, but it was either too difficult or I actually didn't want to remix it. It's just as Hang On In There, a longer version of the normal album version. No other things or parts were used from other tracks or albums, just the original song. The beginng, end and middle are different in this version. Just as most of the other Extended Mixes/Versions. And yes, I used Cool Edit again (God how I love this program!)"

The new 2001 description for the mix:
This mix was made one day after the Hang On In There extended mix. I guess I really was in the mood to make another extended mix.
This one features just as the other extended one a longer intro and a different outro, although this outro isn't so spectacular. The better parts of this mix are the guitar overdubbs in the beginning and the extra part in the middle of the song, which I created using some guitar and drums parts. It fits pretty well into the song.
I could have called this mix something else, but I simply called it Extended Mix, because it's really extended. It doesn't have any extra mixed things in it using different speeds etcetera. It could be used for the Hammer To Fall 12" b-side :-)

go back...
