The original 1999 description for the mix:
"Don't know why, but I just had to mix this track once! And it turned
out to be an Instrumental Mix of Scandal. I created a new intro and
edited like hell in the track so it sounds like an Instrumental
version. Ofcourse I used Cool Edit again and only Scandal (the
Extended Version).
Just listen and flood my mailbox with e-mails :-)"
The new 2001 description for the mix:
All I can remember about this mix is that everybody loved it and didn't understand how I managed
to make an instrumental version of this track. Actually, I can't remember it as well.
You can clearly hear that I used the extended version, taken from vinyl. I *think* that I simply
edited all the parts out that featured Freddie on vocals and pasted / mixed the other parts together.
I also created a new intro for the song which sounds nice. The outro is (I think) the same as the
extended version, it simply fades out.
Yes, this is one of my mysterious tracks :-)
